Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love the products you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item upon receipt, you can return it to us. You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to return it and receive a full refund, provided the products are unused and in their original packaging.
We understand that returning items to our warehouse might take some time, so please ensure that the item is shipped back within 15 days, not just delivered to us.

Be sure to include your order number and the email address or phone number you used when making the purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
In the rare event you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing support@kultofsculptures.com

- Please provide a photo of the damaged item and a photo of the shipping label on the outer packaging. If the outer packaging is also damaged, include a photo showing that as well.
